  • WHO IS THE CONFIGURATOR SUITABLE FOR?

    You have already booked a stand area at the fair and are looking for a stand with an excellent price-performance ratio? Then you have come to the right place.

  • HOW DOES THE STANDPARTNER.com CONFIGURATOR WORK?
    1. You know which trade fair you are participating in
    2. You have already received a confirmation for your stand space from the organiser.
    3. Select your trade fair in the configurator on STANDPARTNER.com.
    4. Enter the size and orientation of your booked stand space.
    5. You choose the design you like
    6. You choose the colour of the carpeting
    7. You select equipment and furniture
    8. You order/reserve your stand
    9. We contact you for all details regarding signage, graphics and any questions you may have
    10. You can be assured that your stand will be at the show at the specified time. Please ensure that you are on site at the agreed time of stand handover.
  • ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?

    The costs for the stand construction are covered by the prices quoted. No bad surprises, additional charges or post-show costs. All exhibition stands are offered for hire only for the duration of the event.

    Please note that costs on the part of the organiser are not included.

    This applies to all services provided by the organiser or its contractual partners. Here are some examples: Rental of stand space, electricity connection, water connection, ceiling suspension points, parking permits, etc.

  • WE LIKE A DESIGN, BUT WE STILL HAVE CHANGE REQUESTS.

    In this case, please contact us by e-mail or telephone so that we can work out the perfect solution for your stand together with you.

  • WE LIKE A DESIGN, BUT THE SIZE OF OUR STAND SPACE CANNOT BE SELECTED IN THE CONFIGURATOR.

    In this case, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. We will be happy to send you your selected stand design with the floor space you require.

  • WE LIKE A DESIGN, BUT OUR TRADE FAIR IS NOT SHOWN IN THE CONFIGURATOR.

    Due to the large number of events, this point may well occur.

  • ONLY PREPAYMENT IS OFFERED AS A METHOD OF PAYMENT. CAN THIS BE CHANGED?

    We only accept payment in advance. The full amount must be booked on our account before our set-up team arrives for the assembly. Due to our international customer structure and the associated high risk of default, this point is not negotiable.
